Zimnegorsky Lighthouse Expedition
The main goal of the expedition was to help with repairs at the lighthouse and to improve the area around the lighthouse and weather station. The expedition also developed a project for an eco-trail near the lighthouse and the Zimniye Mountains, where archaeologists discovered the remains of ancient Vendian organisms that lived about 600 million years ago in 1977.
